Definitions
Terms used in the Regulations mean:
Customer – a person or company that places an Order on the Store;
Regulations – herein Regulations for the provision of electronic services as part of the online store “progline.pl”;
Website – domain available at the address www. progline.pl, which includes an Online store, which enables purchasing of Products and placement of orders;
Products – goods available in the online store, which is a part of the progline.pl website;
Sales agreement – an agreement for the sale of Products concluded between PROGLINE Sp. z o.o., ul. Bukietowa 5 lok. U3, 02-650 Warsaw, REGON 362389902, NIP 5842743709, and the Customer, concluded through the store’s website;
Order – a declaration of the client’s will to enter a sales agreement specifying in particular the type and number of Products they wish to purchase.
I. General conditions
1.1. Herein Terms and Conditions define the terms of using the online store available at www. progline.pl.
1.2. The online store operating under www.progline.pl is owned and run by PROGLINE Sp. z o.o., ul. Bukietowa 5 lok. U3, 02-650 Warsaw, REGON 362389902, NIP 5842743709.
1.3. The store operates under the address: PROGLINE Sp. z o.o., ul. Bukietowa 5 lok. U3, 02-650 Warsaw.
1.4. Herein Terms and Conditions shall specify in particular:
a) Terms of registering and using an account with the online store;
b) Terms and conditions of making a reservation of Products available in the online store;
c) Terms and conditions of placing Orders through the online store;
d) Terms of entering a Sales Agreement through the online store.
1.5. Customers may get access to the herein Terms and Conditions at any time via the link available on the website www.progline.pl.
II. Terms of using the Online Store
2.1. In order to conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, the customer needs to go to the website www.progline.pl, select Products, and undertake the subsequent actions in accordance with the on-screen messages and information available on the Website.
2.2. Selection of the ordered Products by the Customer is done by adding them to the shopping cart.
2.3. When placing the Order – until the “Order” button is pressed – the Customer has the possibility to modify the entered data and the selection of the Products. To do this, the Customer needs to follow the messages displayed on screen and act in accordance with the information available on the website.
2.4. Registration on the Website is not necessary to place an Order in the Online Store.
2.5. After the Customer provides all necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed. The summary of the submitted Order will contain the following information:
- a) the selected Products,
- b) individual Product prices and grand total price, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),
- c) the chosen payment method,
- d) the chosen delivery method.
2.5. In order to submit an Order, it is necessary to accept the Terms of Use, provide personal information marked as mandatory and click the “Order” button.
2.6. Sending the Order by the Customer is a declaration of will to enter into a Sales Agreement with the Store’s owner, in accordance with herein Terms and Conditions.
2.7. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail entitled “Confirmation of the order” which confirms the submission of the Order and contains the final confirmation of all the relevant details of the Order.
2.8. The contract shall be treated as concluded with the moment the Customer receives the e-mail referred to above.
2.9. The sales contract is concluded in Polish, with the content in accordance with the Terms and Regulations.
2.10. The Online Store reserves the right to cancel the Order if the customer does not pay for the Order within three business days.
III. User registration
3.1. The Customer can register on the Website by creating a user account – to do this, the Customer must register on www.progline.pl and accept the provisions of herein Terms and Conditions.
3.2. Registration is realized by filling in and accepting the registration form, which is provided on the Store’s webpage.
3.3. The processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation is governed by the Privacy Policy available at: www.progline.pl/privacy policy.
3.4. Providing personal data during registration or placing an order is voluntary, although necessary for the implementation of the sales agreement, concluded by the Customer of the online store progline.pl with the seller. The Customer has the right to access his/her data and modify them, which can also be done in the user’s panel.
3.5. The Customer can delete his/her user account at any time and free of charge, and terminate the contract for the provision of services available at progline.pl.
3.6. Any complaints regarding electronically-provided services and those related to the functioning of the progline.pl online store, may be submitted to the email address info@progline.pl. The seller will consider a complaint issued via email within 14 days from the date of its receipt by the seller.
IV. Delivery
4.1. The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer while placing the Order.
4.2. We make every effort to ensure that the delivery time of the Order is as fast as possible. The deadline for sending the Order by us is 1-3 business days from the day payment for the Order is received. We send almost all orders within 48 hours. Only in exceptional cases their implementation may be prolonged.
4.3. Deliveries are done by courier service companies. Delivery costs are clearly communicated at the time of ordering and visible under the list of selected Products. The grand total is the total of the prices of all the Products added to the cart and the shipping cost.
4.4. The delivery time after the Package is picked up by the courier service depends on the method chosen by the customer.
4.5. Confirmation of the essential provisions of the Sales Agreement shall be effected by sending to the Customer, to the e-mail address provided, and by attaching to the package containing the Products, a printout of the confirmation, the specification of the Order and the VAT invoice.
V. Prices and methods of payment
5.1. Product prices are given in Euro (EUR) or Polish Zloty (PLN) and include all components and taxes, including VAT.
5.2. The Customer has the opportunity to pay:
a) via the PayU system, or
b) via PayPal system, or
c) via bank transfer.

The package will be sent after the transfer has been credited to our account.
e) payment upon delivery (only on Polish territory).
VI. Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement
6.1. The Customer, who is the Consumer, has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
6.2. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the Customer came into possession of the Products.
6.3. In order to withdraw from the Sales Agreement, the Customer must inform the Store of this decision by sending an unambiguous statement via e-mail to the following address: info@progline.pl within 14 days of receipt of the Products.
6.4 The simplest and quickest way to make a return is to use the form available at the www.progline.pl/return-and-exchanges/
6.5 Effects of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement
- In the event of withdrawal from this agreement, we reimburse the Customer the full amount, including the delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which the Store was informed about the customer’s decision to withdraw from the Sales Agreement. We may withhold the return of payment until we receive the returned goods.
- The Consumer is obliged to return the Products no later than 14 days from the date on which he/she withdrew from the Sales Agreement. To meet the deadline, the Customer should send the Products he/she wishes to return to the seller’s address before the deadline expires.
- The right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement is not payable to the Customer who is a Consumer in relation to contracts in which the Goods are delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the packaging can not be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.
- In the event of Sales Agreement withdrawal, the Customer only covers the cost for returning the Products, i.e. sending the Products back to the seller.
- The Consumer is liable for a decrease in the value of the Product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

6.6 A non-consumer, who makes a purchase as part of his professional activity as an entrepreneur, is not entitled to make a return.
VII. Complaints
7.1. The seller is liable under guarantee if a physical or legal defect is found within 2 years of delivery of the Products to the Customer.
7.2. The Customer has the right to request:
– repair,
– exchange of a Product for a new one,
– discount,
– withdrawal from the Sales Agreement if the defect of the good is significant.
7.2. Complaints should be sent via e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@progline.pl. Progline undertakes to review each complaint within 14 days, and in case it is not possible, to inform the Customer within this period, of the approximate date the complaint will be considered.
7.3 The simplest and quickest way to submit a complaint is to use the form available at the www.progline.pl/complaints
7.4. In the event that the Products are returned as a result of the complaint, the seller reimburses the customer the full amount including the delivery costs.
7.5 If both parties to the sale agreement are entrepreneurs, they mutually agree to exclude the application of the guarantee provisions.
7.6 Customers who are entrepreneurs may file a complaint if the goods not comply with the order or are defective. They must inform the Store about the defect immediately after its discovery.
